Pamela R. McDaniels, President and Executive Director of Sunflower Haven, Inc., founded the agency
out of her desire and passion to serve a growing need in the senior community. Ms. McDaniels has
developed a premier home care agency that promotes a nurturing, safe and peaceful environment for
those in need of support and personal assistance. She also provides a pleasant work environment for
her well-trained providers who are handpicked to deliver comprehensive and compassionate care.

 

Pamela R. McDaniels received her bachelor’s degree in Human Services from National Louis University
and has served and cared for the elderly and the disabled populations in various capacities for over 30
years. She is currently serving as Assistant Director of the Nursing Home Ministry at her place of
worship where she has volunteered for 12 years.
